How plans are built

Plans come from a deterministic rules engine, without artificial intelligence: the same data always gives the same plan. Paces are worked out from your MAS, load builds in steps, lighter weeks come back regularly and a taper precedes the race. After every session, your feedback adjusts what follows.

Every rule is described in How Endu builds a plan (in French), and every plan published on the site shows its plan check, whose thresholds and sources are public.

How guides are written

Guides give their sources when they rely on a study, a federation or a rulebook, and show when they were last updated. The figures in tables and examples are computed by Endu’s engine, not copied.

Health guides explain what studies say; they do not replace advice from a doctor or a physiotherapist.

Conflicts of interest

Endu appears in its own comparisons and app lists: the link is disclosed each time. Affiliate links to gear, where there are any, are marked as such.

Endu, ENDU and enduco

Endu (endu.fr) has no link with ENDU (endu.net), the Italian race-entry platform, nor with the German app enduco.
