Training plans generated for a User are intended for their personal use. They may be exported to their devices and shared privately.
5. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy. You can delete your account and all of your data at any time from Profile › General › Delete my account, or by writing to hello@endu.fr.
6. Cookies
The Site only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function (authentication, language, units). Audience measurement (Vercel Analytics) is carried out without cookies or any persistent identifier. No consent is therefore required.
7. Health warning
The training plans offered do not constitute medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting a training programme, particularly if you have a history of cardiovascular conditions or injury.
