General Terms of Use and Sale
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Purpose
These General Terms of Use and Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the use of the Endu platform (hereinafter “the Service”), available at endu.fr, published by Aymeric Septvant EI (RCS Bordeaux 130 155 260), who can be contacted at hello@endu.fr (hereinafter “the Publisher”).
The Service offers the generation of personalised training plans for running, trail running, swimrun and triathlon.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
Registering for the Service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The User acknowledges having read them before any subscription.
3. Registration and account
Access to the Service requires the creation of a user account. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. The User is responsible for keeping their login details confidential.
4. Description of the Service
Endu offers:
- The creation of adaptive training plans based on the athlete's physiological profile
- Progress tracking and weekly adjustment of the plan
- The export of structured sessions to connected watches (.fit) and direct sending
- The management of several simultaneous race objectives
5. Free trial
Each new user benefits from a free trial period of 14 days from the moment they start it, on the monthly or annual plan of their choice. A bank card is required to start the trial. You will only be charged at the end of the 14-day trial period if you do not cancel before then. A paid subscription is then required to continue accessing the Service.
5a. Referral programme
Any Endu account holder, subscribed or not, may invite other people with the personal link or code shown on their Refer a friend page (the “referrer”).
- Referred friend. A person who creates a new Endu account after opening a referrer's link, within the following 30 days. An account created before the link was opened cannot be referred, and a friend has a single referrer.
- Friend's benefit. A 30-day trial instead of 14 days on their first subscription, on the terms of section 5: card required, cancel anytime, nothing charged during the trial. The withdrawal period of section 7 falls within this trial.
- Referrer's benefit. For each friend whose first payment is collected within 180 days of creating their account, a credit of 7,99 € (one month of the monthly plan) is added to the referrer's customer balance and automatically taken off their next Endu invoices. Without a running subscription, it applies to their first invoice. The credit cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or transferred. No credit is given if the friend cancels during their trial.
- Cap. At most 12 credits per rolling twelve months. Beyond that, friends keep their benefit.
- One level only. A referrer is rewarded for their own friends only, never for the people those friends invite in turn. Referring requires no purchase.
- Abuse. Self-referral (same person, same bank card), accounts created in bulk or any misuse of the programme lead to the credit being refused and, where relevant, to credits obtained this way being cancelled. If a friend's payment is refunded, the matching credit may be cancelled.
- Sharing. Referrers share their link themselves; Endu does not contact invited people nor collect their details. When posting their link publicly (social media, forums, websites), the referrer states that it is a referral link that earns them a free month. Buying advertising with the link is not allowed.
- Changes. Endu may change or end the programme at any time. Benefits already acquired (a trial in progress, a friend signed up before the change) are honoured.
6. Prices and payment
6.1 Pricing
The prices in force can be consulted at any time on the site's Pricing page. Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes.
6.2 Payment terms
Payment is made by bank card through our secure payment provider Stripe. The monthly subscription renews automatically each month, the annual subscription each year. Payment is taken automatically on each anniversary date of the subscription, the first time at the end of the trial.
6.3 Cancellation
The User may cancel their subscription at any time, online and free of charge, with the “Cancel my subscription” button on the My subscription page. During the trial, no payment is taken: access is kept until the last day of the trial, then the subscription stops. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (month or year): access is kept until then and no payment is taken afterwards. No pro rata refund is made for the period already begun. Until the cancellation takes effect, the User may withdraw it with the “Keep my subscription” button on the same page.
6.4 Price changes
The Publisher reserves the right to change its prices. Any change will be notified by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. The User may cancel free of charge before the new price applies.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the User has 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without having to give any reason.
When the subscription starts with a 14-day trial, this period coincides with the trial: no payment is taken during it, and cancelling from the account area before it ends counts as withdrawal, at no cost.
When the subscription has no trial, a User who withdraws within 14 days is refunded within 14 days of the request, using the original payment method, less, in accordance with Article L.221-25, an amount proportionate to the Service provided up to the request.
To withdraw, the User sends an unambiguous statement to hello@endu.fr, for example: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my Endu subscription contract taken out on [date], in the name of [name], account email address [email].”
8. Health warning
The training plans generated by Endu do not constitute medical advice. The User undertakes to consult a doctor before starting any training programme. The Publisher cannot be held liable for any injury or damage resulting from the use of the Service.
9. Intellectual property
All content of the Service (texts, algorithms, interface, graphics, logo) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.
10. Liability
The Publisher undertakes to provide the Service with due diligence. However, the Service is provided “as is”. The Publisher does not guarantee that the Service will be free from interruptions or errors and cannot be held liable for indirect damage related to the use of the Service.
11. Termination by the Publisher
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, without prejudice to any right to damages.
12. Changes to the Terms
The Publisher may amend these Terms at any time. The User will be informed by email of any substantial change. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those with jurisdiction over the Publisher's place of business, subject to the rules that allow the consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
